What are you doing now?
Going to school for Psychology and working at in the Engineering department for a large ISP.
When you think about your time at PiM/MSSPA, what is the one thing that sticks out?
The true care received and given by fellow classmates and the staff.
What was one thing you feel MSSPA/PIM prepared you for?
The ability to be self-reflective and be tenacious in my career to handle the unexpected and take feedback genuinely and with active listening.
What is something that you were surprised to discover MSSPA/PiM prepared you for?
Giving presentations in a corporate environment that were effective and enabled me to grow my career.
Are you doing what you thought you would be doing?
Yes and no. I played music and toured throughout my twenties and am still writing and currently working on a book. I didn't think I would end up in a corporate setting, my 14 year old self would probably want to fight me for that, but it has enabled me to provide for myself and my family without compromising who I am. I wouldn't be where I am today without the school and will always be grateful for the countless gifts it gave me.
