The Main Street School of Performing Arts Affiliated Building Company (ABC) is the owner and landlord for PiM Arts High School. The school leases from the ABC and is able to take advantage of the state lease aid. The ABC sells tax-exempt bonds. Selling bonds provides money to the ABC to buy, renovate and/or build a facility. The school is able to keep debt service as low as possible.
The ABC meets as needed.
