Communities with art at their core are lively, beautiful, and resilient. These are areas where people want to live and businesses want to operate.
In the fall of 2017, MSSPA will be relocating to 7255 Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Prairie. This new location will support the great arts and academics MSSPA has come to be known for over the past 13 years, but also make room for more programs, more classes and allow more great student artists to attend.
PiM Arts High School, a world class, award-winning performing arts high school with a state-of-the-art performance center will provide this artistic heart to the southwestern suburban community.
The Performing Institute of Minnesota (PiM) will merge academics and college preparatory arts training with performance and learning opportunities. It will:
- Provide year-round afternoon and evening community programming, such as individual music lessons, dance classes, theatrical improvisation, and acting classes.
- Host arts events throughout the year to further the school’s mission of artistic excellence and encourage an active artistic community for the residents of the Southwest Metro.
