Senator Cwodzinski Visit Today
PiM Arts High School is a proud member of the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools. Today we will have some visitors from this organization. They will also be accompanied by Senator Cwodzinski. It is our goal to show our leaders and lawmakers how charter schools make a difference in the educational landscape. If you encounter these visitors, please greet them and make them feel welcome. They will be in the building during Block 4 today.
Instrumental Music Concert Tonight!
Tonight’s the night: the Winter Instrumental Music Concert at 7pm in the White Box Theater ! Students from Intro Ensemble, Ensemble Explorations, and Modern Ensemble have prepared a program that spans from Math Rock to Cowboy-Western; from Billie Eilish to minimalist clapping music and more! It’s a concert you certainly don’t want to miss! Come support your instrumental peers!

Auditions for PiM Singers are happening now! See the PiM Singers Audition folder in your Advisory Google classroom for materials and sign-up. Each individual audition takes 10 minutes. See Mrs. McKnight for questions.

Do you want to be the Voice of PiM? We are looking for our Quarter 3 voices. Use the Google Classroom code: 3qy5lat to get you to “Classwork” – and then to the three documents for auditioning which will help you with your submission. – Ask Mr. Leaf if you have questions about the process.
Next Week Schedule
Remember, next Wednesday and Thursday are Finals. School gets out at noon on those two days. You do not have school on Friday, January 17th because it is a Marking Day. You will also have Monday, January 20th off because it is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Finals Lunches
Since finals are half-days, if you would like to request a bagged lunch for those days, please fill out the request form that has been posted to your Advisory Google classrooms by the end of the day today!
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a twelfth grade Musical Theatre Major – Addie Wyant. Not only does Addie have a sunshine demeanor, she is a hard worker and she has been pushing her art form during college auditions and A Monster Calls rehearsals. – Of course we saw the fruits of her labor when she played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. – Addie, thanks for engaging in PiM Singers and for brightening the halls of PiM Arts High School!
