Native American Heritage Month
In recognition of the month the Diversity and Inclusion club would like to introduce you to Adam Beach. They are a Canadian actor and a member of the Ojibwe Nation. Adam has been in many TV shows and movies over the years, often portraying Native Americans from different tribes. In 2012 Adam founded the Adam Beach Film Institute to help indigenous youth who want to get into the film industry. If you want to learn more about Adam Beach and many other Native Americans stop by room 124 and scan the QR code there or read through the profiles.
