NO SHAME
September’s NO SHAME was fantastic! If you didn’t attend you missed out! But don’t worry – the next NO SHAME is around the corner – on Friday, November 8th. Applications are due two weeks before the show. This means that all applications for the November 8th NO SHAME are due on the Friday of Finals week – October 25th. Get your pieces polished and performed for one academic and one arts teacher before the end of the quarter to get into the November 8th show.
Student Council Elections
Voting started yesterday for Student Council! Follow the link on your Advisory Google classroom or on posters around the school, you too can vote! Voting will be open until October 31st. First 200 voters get their own package of gummy bears. Please come up to our stand at lunch tomorrow to claim your prize, all you need is your last name. Vote Now!

Do you want to get involved behind the scenes with PiM’s performing arts season this semester? Then you need to come to the first full PiM Crew meeting of the year! We’ll meet during Block 5 on Thursday in Room 122. Please email Mr. Kvale if you can’t make it!
New to 2D/3D AP Flex
Are you taking 2D or 3D Art for the first time? Sign up for this flex this Thursday to get info on the structure of the class, pacing, inquiry questions so that you are in the know from day 1. We will look at example portfolios and the AP rubric to help better understand the course so that you feel prepared and ready.
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a tenth grade Theatre major – Max Williamson. Max is just an all around great human being! We appreciate his positive attitude, his smile, his collaborative skills and his ability to hunker down to get work completed. Thanks Max for spreading sunshine in the halls of PiM.
