Student Council Elections
Get ready for school-wide voting starting in October. We can’t wait to see you on the ballot! The Student Council needs folks like you to fill its chairs. Any student can run to be a representative of their grade or art major, or for one of the two BIPOC positions. – The application form is now live on your Advisory Google classroom page, or find it on flyers around the school. All you need to do is fill out some personal info, write a paragraph, and you’re done. – Don’t forget to vote!
Filmmakers Unite!
If you are interested in making, staring in or helping create student films this year. Sign up for flex with Raasch for next Tuesday for a filmmakers meeting.
Trans Council
Are you someone who is exploring gender identity, or who falls under the trans umbrella? Trans council begins meeting on Tuesdays during flex until 3:00! Come participate in creating an inclusive trans community, discussing the trans experience, and playing games (that aren’t necessarily trans).
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a 12th grade hybrid major, Nola Van Stee. Nola, you put everything you got into each project that comes your way. From huge unit finals, to small in-class studies you strive to improve every chance you get.
