School Lunch
Please remember that there is only a limited amount of vegetarian meals during lunch! The vegetarian option of school lunch is the only alternate option for students with dietary restrictions, it is not a second option for everyone. Be considerate of your classmates and don’t choose the veggie option if you are able to eat the main option so that everyone has a chance to eat!
The University of Winnipeg Visits PiM!
An Admissions Representative from the University of Winnipeg, which is in Manitoba Canada, will visit PiM on Monday March 4th during lunchtime in the cafeteria. Minnesota students have a tuition agreement to pay the same as Canadian students, so stop by to meet the rep and learn about this school!
Gallery Opening and Film Festival
That’s right, tonight’s the night! This evening is the official opening for the Color Show in the The Main Gallery starting at 6. PiM’s Annual Film Festival will follow beginning at 6:30. Come support your fellow creatives and check out their amazing work!
Dance Field Trip
Dance majors and classes, today is the day we will be seeing Domino at The Cowles Center. We will be departing at 11:30am and returning around 2:00pm. Make sure you go to either A or B lunch before we depart. After we return, go to either Sloss or Ricci’s studio for the second half of Flex.
Detention During Flex
Did you know that when you have detention you can serve it with a teacher you need help from and it will still count? Yes, it’s true. When teachers request a student for additional support or work time and you’ve been assigned to detention, Monty can move you into their flex and it still counts as serving your time. Or, if there’s a teacher you need support from, email Monty and she’ll move you to their flex instead of the detention room.
MCA Science Testing Begins next week!
Attention all students who had Biology in the first semester, starting next week, you will be taking the MCA Science Test in room 168 during flex with Schau. If you have a school issued chromebook- be sure to bring it fully charged.
