PiM Schedule
This is your last full week of Quarter 2. Next week you have Monday off to observe Martin Luther King Jr.. Tuesday is the last day of instruction. Wednesday is an early release with finals in your block 1 & 2 classes. Thursday is an early release with finals in your block 3 & 4 classes. Next Friday is marking day.
PiM Singers Auditions
PiM Singers Auditions are happening now! You can find audition information in your Advisory Google Classroom or see Mrs. McKnight in the choir room. Auditions are 10 minute individual slots before school and during all lunch periods. Auditions go through Tuesday, January 16th.
Choir Concert tomorrow
You are invited to attend the Quarter 2 Choir Concert tomorrow evening at 7:00PM at the Masonic Heritage Center in Bloomington. From Mozart to Led Zeppelin, the show features music from many time periods and styles, so you won’t want to miss it! Tickets are $5 for students. Hope to see you there!

It’s time to start planning our annual Celebration of Black Excellence performance that will happen during Black History Month. If you identify as Black/African American and are interested in learning more, sign up for the “Celebration of Black Excellence” flex option for tomorrow.
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize Elijah Fast! From assisting Mr. PeKarna teach his Intro Ensemble, to accompanying Mrs. McKnight’s choir classes, Elijah has demonstrated outstanding musicianship this semester. Thank you, Elijah, and keep up the great work!
