Student Interest in a Creative Writing Department
Hello dope artists! There is a petition going around to gauge student interest on the creation of PiM’s first ever Creative Writing Department! If you’re a student who’s interested in making this a thing, or at the very least want more classes in Creative Writing, sign the petition right now during advisory. 2025 Spanish Trip
¡Viaja con nosotros! PiM Spanish students will have the chance to travel to Spain in June, 2025. Current 9th, 10th, and 11th-graders who will have passed Spanish II or higher at PiM by that time are eligible. There will be an informational meeting in Room 122 tomorrow (Thursday) during Flex. Sign up for that meeting today if you want to learn more, or see Mr. Kvale by the end of the week.
NO SHAME
Applications for NO SHAME are due in ONE WEEK – September 20th – to Mrs. McKnight in the choir room – room 155. You need to perform your piece for one arts area teacher and one non-arts area teacher before submitting your application. Pieces are put in the show on a first come, first serve basis. “Do you like escape rooms? Do you like fun? Do you want to help a fellow senior with her capstone? Alice Bortel is making her very own escape room for her capstone project and she needs YOUR help! This Thursday after school Alice Bortel is interviewing possible candidates to star in her capstone. Come on down for a quick interview in Mr Raasch’s room after school on thursday. Anyone in any major who is a senior or junior is welcome to participate.”
