Word of the Day
Amy Stoner’s word of the day is effervescence. Which is having bubbles or fizz. Effervescence.
PROOF
The fall play opens tonight! The final element in the rehearsal process is YOU! We just need you in the audience to complete the theatrical experience. So much work goes into making a story come alive. Come support your artistic friends. Hear the story of a young woman, her manipulative sister, their brilliant father, and an unexpected suitor. It all starts at 7PM tonight in the Loading Dock Theatre. Tonight, Tomorrow and Saturday night. Tickets available at the door or on the school website!
General Information Meeting for Much Ado About Nothing
Monday there will be a general information meeting for the upcoming production Much Ado About Nothing. Join Mr. Thompson in the White Box Theatre right after the announcements – during Advisory – to learn about the show and the auditions. ALL PiM students are encouraged to audition.
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a twelfth grade Theatre major – Zeva Anderson – for her attention to detail, drive, passion and dedication to her art. Zeva has put a lot of work into tonight’s opening performance of Proof. She has come along way in the last couple of years. Her performances are honest and well nuanced. – Zeva, thank you for modeling such stellar work for your peers here at PiM Arts High School! Good luck tonight on your capstone performance!
