“Since graduating, I’ve moved to Washington, D.C. where I studied Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government at American University and went on to start my career in politics. But the artist inside me never left!
Right now, I’m working as a Senior Graphic Designer at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee to help elect Democrats to the Senate. My desire to combine art and politics led me to pursue a career in political design. PiM taught me everything about harnessing my creative energy and utilizing it to make change in the world. Outside of work, I spend much of my free time enjoying the vibrant theatre scene of D.C. — who knows, maybe I’ll find myself back on the stage someday!!”
