Spring Vocal Music Concert
The Spring vocal music concert is tonight at 7pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie. You know your friend that is in choir or chamber that invited you to come? They would seriously appreciate it if you actually came. They’ve put a lot of work in! Come support your PiM community.
Chamber Choir Auditions- May 29th and 30th
Chamber Choir auditions will be held next week, Wednesday and Thursday, during block 5 in the choir room. Sign up for a 5 minute time slot on the call board in the cafeteria. No preparation required! Have a conflict? Talk to Deignan and you will find a time that works. This will be the easiest audition of your life, for a chance to be a part of one of PiM’s most artistic ensembles.
Spring Dance Concert
Where can you see Modern Dance, Ballet, Jazz Dance, Tap, and everything in between in one place? Come see the PiM Dancers do it all in the Spring Dance Concert, Rhythm & Flow, this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:00 in the White Box.
Visual Arts NO SHAME
Calling all visual and media artists! The last No Shame is going digital! Submit your artwork to Johannsen or Raasch by Tuesday, May 28th. Work will be posted on the visual arts Instagram and presented in slideshow form before the performances of No Shame.
You can submit your work by email or by bringing your work to Johannsen to be photographed. This is your last chance this year to showcase your work! Don’t miss it!
Unified Auditions – Next Week
Next week we’ll be holding Auditions for next Fall’s Fall Play She Kills Monsters and doing some preliminary scouting for the Winter One Act The Wolves. An informational meeting will be held on Thursday in the Loading Dock Theatre during Advisory. Mr. Leaf will also be available after school if you have any questions.
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a Senior Musical Theatre major. This person does a great job making declarations in Improvisation D AND she does a nice job adding on to her team members’ gifts. Thank you Leah Larson for being a team player. These are skills that will pay great dividends in your future.
