Plant Sale
Hey, did you turn in your plant sale order forms and money? No? Stop what you are doing, write yourself a reminder on your phone, text your parents, jot it down on your hand…whatever it takes to remember it! Let’s build a big scholarship fund while beautifying the world with lovely plants!
Detentions
Are you planning to go to Prom? If you have any outstanding detentions you’d better serve them ASAP! You must have ALL of your detentions served no later than 3:30 pm on Wednesday, April 26th to attend Prom on the 29th. Arrive to school between 7:00 and 7:15 am to serve detention with Mr. Mortika. Serve at least 30 minutes in the morning and you’ll get credit for a full hour. Otherwise, serve detention Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in the assigned detention room from 2:30 to 3:30. If you stay after any day with a teacher for academic support, have the teacher email Ms. Montgomery to have that time count towards outstanding detention hours.
NO SHAME
Speaking of detentions, you also may not have any unserved detentions if you want to perform in this month’s NO SHAME. So take care of that, and then practice your piece. Then show it to an arts and an academic teacher and turn in the form to Mr. Mollick.
HomeRoom Baskets
Don’t forget to bring in some items for the homeroom baskets for Spark the Arts. 9th grade is Chocolate Lovers Basket, 10th Grade is Coffee/Tea Basket, 11th Grade is Off to College and 12th Grade is Gardening Basket. These baskets are big ticket items at the largest fundraiser the school has. Spark the Arts is on April 20th. Your items are due by April 14.
Jamberry Fundraiser
Finalizing the last details of your prom look? As you plot out that perfect mani, consider saving some of YOUR money and RAISING some for the school. Through the 17th, we’ll be running a Jamberry fundraiser. A sheet of wraps costs as little as $15 and for each one sold, 20% gets donated to the JJ Ramstad Scholarship Fund!!
