Arts Beat!
Now Showing at the Minnesota Institute of Art: “Resistance, Protest, Resilience.” This exhibit doesn’t advocate for any specific cause or promote any particular means of civil disobedience. It does, however, present 60 or so evocative images capturing standoffs between staunch proponents of reform and the entrenched opposition. This show puts conflicts into a historical context while reminding viewers that cultural struggles can be most insightfully viewed through myriad perspectives. Go see it!
Music Concert Tonight
Tonight is our winter music concert! Come and see students perform in choir, chamber singers, jazz combos, traditional ensembles, solos, small groups and more! You’ll hear a variety of music prepared by your fellow MSSPA students. Support them by attending our concert tonight! Concert starts at 7 pm at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Hopkins. Need directions? Ask Ms. Mollick! $5 for students. What a deal!
