Columbia Chicago Visits Main Street
Tuesday, November 15th, the Admissions Representative from Columbia Chicago will visit Main Street. Sign up on Ms. Piner’s door.
Parking
Due to the election tomorrow, students and staff who usually park on 14th Ave. should plan to park in the school parking lot or in another location. This will give voters easier access to the polling place at the Hopkins Activity Center on 14th Ave.

MSSPA Steppers
Hey! Are you interested in being part of the NEW step team starting at MSSPA? Listen up! What it is? – A step team is a group of students that uses their body as a percussive instrument. When? – Start Date Tuesday Nov. 15, 2016 during 5th Block. Who? -Anyone can join as long you don’t have any detentions and are passing all of your classes. Everyone will make the team, we would just like to see where your comfort & skill levels are. Where can you sign up? -There will be a posted sign up sheet by the large dance studio for the entire week starting TODAY!
New Cell Phones/Electronic Devices Policy Begins TODAY
Students & Teachers – Please be reminded that beginning today there will be no further warnings regarding using cell phones or other devices during class without permission. If you do not have explicit permission from your teacher to be using your phone or device, it will be confiscated and you will earn 1 hour of detention, or 15 or 30 days of turning it into Ms. Montgomery depending on what number infraction this is.
