Choir Concert Monday
Come and see your fellow performers belt their hearts out in our fall concert. We will be highlighting music of America and also songs of struggle, justice and peace. Concert starts at 7:00 pm at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Hopkins. Come and check it out!
Geekz
Geekz Week is next week! Next Wednesday, come as the best hero or villain (to you, of course), whether it’s Magneto or Superman or maybe an anti-hero. No masks or weapons! Thursday is Marvel vs. DC Day. Come as your favorite character from that universe and represent your squad!
Pre-Order Forms for Fall Dance Concert
Dancers participating in the fall dance concert should have received a pre-order form from Advisory teachers to reserve tickets. Each family may reserve up to 4 tickets total, limited to 2 per night on Fri. and Sat. Forms are due to Ms. Charles (that’s the lady in the big studio) by Monday to ensure seat availability. Please note that money is due when you turn the form in. Unpaid reservations will be put on a waiting list, and we will do our best to honor them once money is turned in. Please see Ms. Charles with questions or if you need a form!
NO SHAME
Just one week from tomorrow is the deadline to submit your piece for NO SHAME. Be a part of a great performance. Maybe it’s a final project you’ve been working on in class! That’d be great!
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize Liam Thomas for giving awesome fist bumps, and Mr. Mortika for talking to students when they’re bored after school and for playing some rocking tunes.
