8th Annual Plant Sale
Don’t miss out on ordering some great plants. Pre-order your plants by March 23rd and pick them up on Monday, May 9th, between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. Get an order form from your homeroom teacher or the front office and sell to your family and friends. Proceeds benefit our school.

National Dance Day Choreographers
NHSDA’s annual National Dance Day show is coming up! If you want to submit a piece to be performed in the show on April 27, sign up at the board outside Ms. Ciganko’s room by March 24, and talk with an NHSDA member as soon as possible! Showings for your piece will take place April 17. We look forward to seeing your work!
Dance Major Guest Artist
Roni Mahler, former American Ballet Theatre principal dancer, among other dance accolades, will be giving a lecture for dance majors on Monday, March 21. All dance majors are invited to her lecture from 12:15 to 12:45 in the small dance studio. All Intermediate and Advanced dancers not in block 4 who are interested may participate in the master class that starts promptly at 12:50 to 2:20. Limited seating is available for Beginner dancers to observe. You must see Ms. Ciganko for permission. As always, please see your Block 3 and Block 4 teachers for permission to attend.
Vocal Music Concert
Singing is good for you. Not just to do, but also to experience. Next Tuesday at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, right here in Hopkins, is a concert full of singing. Some tone chimes, too! 7 pm. Only $5 admission. Be there!
American Math Competition
A shout out to this year’s participants: Izzy B, Sydney, Bella H, Ruby S, Maggie D, Clare F, Maye K, Kaelan T, and Ben W. Way to exercise your math muscles! Come see Ms. Miller to find out your score. The AMC12 winner is Isabel Bimberg and the AMC10 winner (for a 2nd year in a row) is Ben Wilms!

Random Recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize Sarah Filippi for doing such a good job at being positive in scary situations, and Profe’ Klun for being an amazing Spanish teacher by inspiring others to learn a new language.
