AP Contracts
Students planning to register for AP classes next year, please make sure you return the form signed by you and a parent, BY TOMORROW! AP is a big deal! It’s hard work and can be lots of hours. You pledge in a contract to push through the hard work and long hours.
Want Studio Space?
If you want to reserve studio space, there is now an official process you must follow to get space before or after school. Please read the documents posted outside the large dance studio, CAREFULLY. ALL requests must go through Ms. Charles, and students are not allowed to write on the studio calendar.
Ukulele Club
Tomorrow, we begin to assemble a show! Bring a uke. Bring a song. Bring ideas. Room 250.
Dance Field Trip
The dance department Alvin Ailey field trip is TOMORROW! Don’t remember if you are signed up to go? Look on the board outside Ms. Ciganko’s room. Please let Ms. Ciganko know ASAP if you do not plan on attending so that dance majors that joined us 2nd semester have the opportunity to attend. All permission slips and money should be turned in today.
Pennies for Patients
It has started! Bring in your pennies and all other loose change! NHS is once again hosting our annual Pennies for Patients drive! What’s in it for you? The winning homeroom gets a pizza party, but also the knowledge that you have contributed in good ways to blood cancer research and saving lives. Remember, this is a POINT WAR, not a money earned war. Pennies count as points for your homeroom, while silver coins count AGAINST. Bombard a rival homeroom’s jar! Bills count as 5 points AGAINST if you really want to stick it to someone. Last year, we raised over $850! Let’s beat that!! We will update you weekly. Flory’s homeroom, as reigning champs, are you ready to win again? NHS thanks all of you.
Today’s Random Recognition
