Today is the last day to sign up for an audition spot for Artists Assemble. Auditioning for the musical? That’s okay. Just plan to be here both days! One for the musical, and one for Artists Assemble!
Speech
There will be a speech team meeting this Wednesday after school in Ms. Omernik’s room. It’s not too late to join!
Free Jazz Concert
Lawrence University Faculty Jazz Quartet is performing at the Dakota Jazz Club located at 1010 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis tonight at 6:30 pm. There is also a reception at 5:30 pm prior to the concert. This event is free for high school students, teachers, and counselors.
Blood Drive
National Honor Society for Dance Arts is holding a blood drive on Tuesday, December 15th. To sign up, see Ms. Ciganko or any NHSDA member during lunch! You can save up to save 3 lives! Not to mention that there are prizes involved, such as a homemade cake by Eliza Peterson, or $5 gift cards. Sign up to donate blood today!

Tick, tock. Tick, tock. The deadline to turn them in is approaching. E-mail or give photos directly to Mr. Mollick. If you ask Ms. Tonjes nicely, she’ll put it in Mr. Mollick’s mailbox.
A Reminder About Detentions
If you intend on performing in Artists Assemble, Jazz Night, the Dance Marathon, ArtShare or any 5th block activity you must serve all of your outstanding detentions. Detention is Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30; or by special arrangement in the front office or with a teacher on Mondays and Fridays. See Ms. Montgomery if you are unsure of how many detentions you have remaining.

Random Recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize Ms. Tonjes for sending out 24 senior transcripts in one day and for putting up with the odds and ends that come through the office.
