On Thursday, November 5, members of MSSPA’s Chamber Singers paid tribute to veterans of the armed forces in Hopkins Activity Center’s annual Salute to Veterans. Students in the Chamber Singers performed several patriotic selections and served lunch. After lunch, things got fun – students partnered with members of the Hopkins community for square dancing. Mr. McFarlane, director of Operations, even got in on the fun!
MSSPA is proud to have partnered with the Hopkins Activity Center for the past six years, and this service learning is a distinct highlight of the year for many students.
